Under normal conditions, most packages arrive within approximately ten to twenty business days. Business days refer to standard working days and exclude weekends and recognized public holidays. While this timeframe reflects average performance, unexpected delays may occasionally arise due to circumstances beyond our direct control. Because shipping involves multiple independent processes, we cannot promise a guaranteed arrival date for any individual order. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the assigned carrier, shipment details are finalized and cannot be altered during transit. For this reason, customers are encouraged to carefully verify their shipping address and contact information before completing their purchase. Providing accurate and complete details helps minimize the risk of delivery complications, returned packages, or delays caused by address discrepancies.

After dispatch, the package becomes the responsibility of the selected carrier.
